This website (launchtoday.eu) is operated by LaunchToday, based in Tallinn, Estonia. For any privacy question, contact us at lets@launchtoday.eu.

2. What data we collect

• Information you send us through the enquiry form: name, email, phone / WhatsApp / Telegram or other contact you provide, business type, website type, project details, links you share, preferred colours, budget and timing.
• Technical data: IP address and basic server logs, used for security and spam protection.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry and prepare an estimate (steps taken at your request before a possible contract), and to keep the site secure (our legitimate interest).

4. Analytics (Google Analytics / Tag Manager)

We use, or plan to use, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies and process data through Google. They load only after you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy). You can decline or withdraw consent at any time.

5. Fonts & hosting

Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files. The site is hosted on servers located in the EU.

6. Storage & retention

Enquiries are stored on our server and admin panel and kept for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted, unless we need them to fulfil a contract or by law.

7. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google (analytics) once enabled. They process data on our behalf.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email lets@launchtoday.eu. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Estonia: the Data Protection Inspectorate, AKI).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
