1. About
LaunchToday provides website design and development services for small businesses. By requesting a quote or ordering, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & demo
Prices shown are starting points; the final price is confirmed in a written estimate. An optional design demo (from €50) may precede full work. The demo fee covers the work involved: it is credited toward your project if you proceed, and is non-refundable if you decide not to continue. A deposit starts full development.
3. Payment
Work is typically split into a deposit and a final balance, in EUR. Work usually starts with a deposit of 30–50% of the agreed price; the balance is due before the finished website is handed over. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Your responsibilities
You provide the content (texts, images, logo) or ask us to help, access to a domain and hosting in your name, and timely approvals at each step.
5. Ownership & transfer
After full payment, the website files, domain and hosting are yours. We transfer everything to your accounts — no forced long-term lock-in.
6. Warranty & support
We fix genuine bugs in the delivered work free of charge for an agreed warranty period after launch. Further changes, new features and ongoing support are available as a paid add-on.
7. Liability
Services are provided to a reasonable professional standard. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
